Cookies

Signing in (essential). One session cookie keeps you signed in (plus short-lived security cookies used during login), and one seven-day cookie tracks your no-account trial. These are strictly necessary — the product doesn't work without them.

Checkout (essential). When you open the Premium checkout, Paddle (our payment provider) sets cookies strictly necessary to process payment and prevent fraud — see Paddle's own privacy policy.

Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless — it sets nothing. Google Analytics sets cookies (names starting with _ga) to help us understand how the site is used.

Advertising. Google AdSense sets cookies to show and measure ads on free pages.

Affiliate links. If you click a Booking.com hotel link, CJ (Commission Junction) may set a cookie on its own domain so the booking can be credited to us — see the affiliate disclosure.

Your choices. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner — choosing Essential only keeps them off. You can change your choice any time via Cookie settings in the footer, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies excepted, the site keeps working. Display preferences (km/miles, €/£) are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
