Terms of Service

What TwistyTrip is. A planning tool. We generate route suggestions, overnight ideas and cost estimates from public data and AI — we're not a travel agency and we don't take bookings. You must be 18 or older to use TwistyTrip.

Ride your own ride. Roads close, passes shut out of season, weather turns, hotels fill up and estimates are estimates. Parts of every trip are AI-assisted and may contain errors — always verify road status, opening times and conditions before and while riding, ride within your limits and obey local law.

Your account. Profile details like your address and T-shirt size are optional; we ask for them only to send you physical things and you can remove them at any time from your account page.

Your content. Your trips are yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display them to you and the riders you share them with. Sharing a trip gives those riders access until you or they remove it.

Premium. TwistyTrip Premium is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually as chosen at checkout, sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which is the seller of record and handles payment, invoicing, VAT and refunds. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial; the price and currency are always shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page or via Paddle, effective at the end of the paid period. Refunds and the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right are covered in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

Fair use. The no-account trial is limited (currently two generations per day). Free accounts have generous limits. Automated scraping, bulk generation, or reselling of generated content isn't allowed.

Suspension and termination. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, break these terms or break the law. You can delete your account at any time; paid periods already started are handled per the refunds policy.

Liability. TwistyTrip is provided as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect losses or for events on the road. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Law. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
