Refunds & Cancellation
The short version
Every TwistyTrip Premium subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends at no cost. Premium is billed monthly or annually, as chosen at checkout, and renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancelling
You can cancel Premium whenever you like — from your account page, or from the receipt Paddle emailed you. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from your first purchase of Premium — monthly or annual — within 14 days of the contract for a refund. If you asked us to start Premium immediately, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the part of the billing period already supplied, as EU consumer law allows. In practice, with the 7-day free trial most withdrawals simply mean cancelling before the trial ends — at no cost.
Other refunds
If you were charged in error, or something isn't working as it should, contact us as soon as you can and we'll put it right. Beyond the statutory rights above we don't normally refund a billing period you have already used — but we review every request fairly and always honour your statutory consumer rights.
How to request a refund
The quickest way is to reply to your Paddle receipt, or reach us through our contact page. We usually respond within a couple of days.
About your payment
TwistyTrip Premium is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, and Paddle.com Inc. in some regions), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your payment and receipt are handled by Paddle, and approved refunds are issued through Paddle.
